We’re writing to let you know that St. Vital Veterinary Hospital is temporarily closed while urgent building maintenance is completed. This decision was made to ensure the safety of our clients, patients, and team members.
While our hospital is closed, our team will be coordinating continuation of care with the help of our nearby sister clinics Southglen Veterinary Hospital and Fort Garry Veterinary Hospital. We are grateful to these teams for welcoming our colleagues and helping us continue to provide care during this temporary closure.

If you have an appointment scheduled within the next four weeks, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the location of your appointment and discuss any changes.
Prescription pick-ups
If your pet needs a prescription refill, please email us with your request and the name of the veterinary practice you’d like to pick up your prescription. We will coordinate and let you know the next steps.

Online Store Orders
For any clients that use our online store for home delivery, there are no changes to your accounts or auto-orders. Clients that use in-clinic pick-ups for their online store orders have two options: you can switch to home delivery, or your account can be transferred to either Southglen or Fort Garry. If you’d like to transfer your online store account, please contact help@myvetstore.ca.
