Dear Clients,

In order to maintain everyone's safety and prevent the spread of COVID-19, the following procedures have been implemented:

As of August 3, 2021, we will allow only 1 family member to accompany the pet in for their appointment. For our clients with children we will continue with curbside appointments as we are only allowing one client in per appointment due to space constraints.
Upon arrival, please call us (204-253-2668) from your vehicle, and we will provide direction as our waiting room still remains closed. If you do not have a cell phone you may ring the doorbell.
After the doctor completes the exam you may be asked to return to your vehicle where a member of the reception team will contact you for payment.
Appointments booked with the Technologists (i.e. bloodwork, anal gland expressions, split vaccines, etc.) will remain exclusively curbside.
Face masks are required and must be worn properly within the hospital and while interacting with staff members.
Please sanitize your hands upon entry and maintain a 6-foot distance from team members whenever possible.
We will continue with cashless payment options (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX & E-Transfer).
A specific amount of time has been allotted for your appointment so if your pet needs additional services (nail trim, anal glands etc.) please let us know in advance.
Food and medication pickups will remain curbside at this time. Please allow at least 24 hours for orders to be filled.

If you have a fever, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, nasal congestion, loss of sense of smell, sore throat, painful swallowing, headache, muscle aches, fatigue, loss of appetite, chills, or fever we ask that you do not attend your pet's appointment.

If you have been instructed to self isolate for 14 days due to travel from Eastern Canada, travelled outside of Canada, had contact with someone known to have COVID-19 in the last 14 days, or are waiting for COVID-19 test results we ask that you do not attend your pet's appointment.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
Wednesday: 7:30 am - 8:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Sunday: Closed
