We offer a wide range of cat care services including medical, diagnostic, surgical and preventive healthcare needs for your cat so they live a longer, happier life. Below is a list of our veterinary services for cats:
Circling around before lying down is likely a residual instinct from when their ancestors lived out in the wilderness. Your dog’s ancestors would have paced in circles to flatten down and warm their sleeping area.
Effective Tuesday March 1st, we will once again be allowing one pet parent to accompany their pet into their appointment. We will continue to allow two family members to attend end of life appointments.
Upon arrival for your pet's appointment please call the clinic at 204-253-2668 and one of our team members will collect your cell phone number and parking stall number. (Signage remains at the front of each parking stall).
You will receive a call from one of our technologists once we are able to commence your appointment.
You will be asked standard COVID screening questions prior to being brought into the exam room. If you are unwell, we will proceed with a curbside appointment.
Masks must be worn at all times by both clients and team members.
Cashless payment remains our preference.
Food and medication must be pre-ordered. Please allow 24-48 hours to fill your order. Food and supplies may also be ordered online using our online store, orders will be shipped directly to your home.
When picking up your pets medication or food from the clinic please call us at 204-253-2668 for direction.
We are happy to accommodate with a curbside appointment should you prefer or if you are feeling under the weather.
Please remember kindness matters! Disrespectful or unkind behaviour toward our team will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
